Collection Ownership and Administrative Litigation Division, Building and License Enforcement, Administration Public Safety Reform Division, Labor, Federal Civil Rights Litigation, Appeals, Administration Risk Management & Compliance, Regulatory & Contracts, Constitutional and Commercial Litigation and Torts. Some minimum requirements for these positions are:
Graduation from an American Bar Association accredited law school with a Juris Doctor degree.
Admission to the Illinois Bar, intent to take the bar exam or waiting on bar exam results, or eligible for admission on motion to the Illinois Bar pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 705.
