It has two (2) Divisions hiring Senior-level attorneys: Regulatory & Contracts Division and Federal Civil Rights Litigation Division Some minimum requirements for these positions:
5-7 years of legal experience;
experience with jury trials, depositions, and discovery;
supervisory experience preferred.

ENTRY to MID-LEVEL ATTORNEYS
We have ten (10) Divisions hiring entry to mid-level attorneys:
Building and License Enforcement, Labor, Federal Civil Rights Litigation, Legal Information & Prosecutions, Risk Management & Compliance, Employment Litigation, Torts, Finance, Collection Ownership and Administrative Litigation, and Constitutional & Commercial Litigation. Some minimum requirements for these positions:
Graduation from an American Bar Association accredited law school with a Juris Doctor degree;
admission to the Illinois Bar (or eligible for admission on motion to the Illinois Bar pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 705).
